In different cities of Ukraine, as well as online, I conduct live psychological, energy and meditation seminars.
This is a type of group psychological work, where participants work on a variety of psychological problems in contact with other people.
The duration of such seminars is from 2 to 8 hours and they include the following tools:
– practice of body-oriented psychotherapy
– practical webinars and broadcasts on various psychological topics
– practices of energetic diamond yoga
– practice of bodily dynamic meditation
– practice of deep meditative practices
– training programs “Conscious meditation”, “The power of the subconscious”
– training program “Thw Way X”

This type of work allows you not to resort to long-term psychotherapy, but to work out an exciting topic here and now during a seminar.
Quite often, these meetings are free of charge.
